Connecting your Lead Management System or CRM

Driftrock can connect to your lead management system, allowing you to receive leads in real time from multiple sources, and avoid the need for double-keying customer enquiries between multiple systems.

Many of these integrations are pre-built in Driftrock, and all you will need to provide Driftrock is credentials that allow us to send data into your lead management system. Without these credentials, Driftrock won't be able to connect to your system, so you'll need to obtain these directly from the platform you use, or its support team.

Here is a breakdown of what you need to provide for some of the most common automotive lead management systems:

Pinewood

To connect to Pinewood, you will need to provide the below details. These will all be provided by to you by the Pinewood support team, so you'll need to contact them to access these.

Dealerweb

To connect to Dealerweb, you will need to provide the below details which can be obtained from your Dealerweb support team.

Dealer number (for each location)

EnquiryMax

To connect to EnquiryMax, you will need to obtain the below details from your EnquiryMax support team.

Client ID

Client Secret

Dealership IDs/Keys

Keyloop Drive

To connect to Keyloop Drive, you will need to obtain the below details from your Keyloop support team.

API Key

API URL

ADF XML email

If your platform doesn't provide an endpoint, Driftrock can also load leads in via an ADF XML email format. For this solution, you will need to provide a distribution email address for leads to be sent to.

Custom integration or alternative systems

If you use a custom integration or system, Driftrock can create bespoke integrations to allow the passage of leads. You will need to share credentials and technical documentation for the system, which will will then review.
