Your Captures
Your Captures is the central dashboard in Driftrock where you monitor, manage, and triage all of your active lead generation sources. Whether you are running campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, or a custom webhook, every capture appears here with a live health status so you can spot and fix issues before leads are lost.
What is Your Captures?
Your Captures gives you a single, real-time view of every lead source connected to your Driftrock account. Each capture is listed with its source platform, current health status, the volume of leads received, and the timestamp of the most recent lead.
If any capture is failing to deliver leads to your CRM, Driftrock surfaces a red alert at the top of the page and highlights the affected capture automatically. You can then click through to see the specific reason for the failure: an expired API key, a missing mandatory CRM field, or a lead blocked by your validation or deduplication rules.
From the same page you can edit field mapping, duplicate a working setup to create a similar campaign, pause a capture while a campaign is offline, and retry leads that failed to reach the CRM after the underlying issue has been resolved.
Why use Your Captures?
Without a centralised view, you have to log into each ad platform separately to check whether leads are flowing, and you only find out something has stopped working when your sales team notices the leads have dried up. Your Captures gives you a live audit of every source in one place, so you can catch silent failures early and act before media spend is wasted.
The Retry feature is particularly valuable: if a CRM connection drops temporarily and leads fail to reach their destination, you can retry them directly from Your Captures once the issue is resolved, rather than losing those leads permanently.
How it works
Driftrock monitors the health of every capture continuously, tracking both the connection to the source platform and the delivery status to your destination CRM. When a lead is captured but fails to reach the CRM, Driftrock flags it as Failed or Rejected and records the reason in the lead log.
Leads are marked Rejected when they are blocked by your own rules, such as deduplication or validation. Leads are marked Failed when there is a technical issue with the destination connection, such as an expired token or a missing mandatory CRM field.
Getting started
Log into Driftrock and select Your Captures from the left-hand navigation.
Review the status column for any captures showing errors or an outdated Last Received timestamp.
If a red alert appears at the top of the page, click it to filter for failing captures.
Click into the failing capture and review the Failed or Rejected tabs for the specific error details.
Fix the underlying issue (for example, re-authenticate the CRM connection in Settings, or update the field mapping).
Use the Retry button to resend any leads that failed to reach the CRM during the outage.
Tips for getting the most out of Your Captures
Check Your Captures daily as part of your morning routine to confirm the Failed Events counter is at zero. Use the Duplicate function to quickly create new captures for similar campaigns rather than setting up from scratch each time. If leads are marked Rejected rather than Failed, check your validation and deduplication settings — rejected leads are blocked by your own rules, not a connection issue.
