Lead Quality Insights
Knowing how many leads you captured is only half the picture. Understanding how many of those leads were valid, contactable, and unique tells you what your campaigns are actually delivering. Lead Quality Insights is Driftrock's dedicated reporting view for analysing the health and integrity of your leads, broken down by campaign, source, and capture point.
What is Lead Quality Insights?
Lead Quality Insights is a reporting section in Driftrock that gives you a detailed view of lead quality across all your connected channels. It combines real-time validation metrics, deduplication data, conversion funnel visualisation, and granular breakdowns by campaign, source, and Capture, all in one place.
Why use Lead Quality Insights?
Not all leads are equal. Some channels consistently produce high-quality, contactable prospects. Others generate volume but with low validity rates. Without visibility of this, marketing spend continues flowing to underperforming sources. Lead Quality Insights gives you the data to identify problems at the source and take action:
See which campaigns and sources produce valid leads, not just leads. Compare email validity, phone validity, and address validity rates by source or campaign to find where quality drops.
Track duplicates. The report shows how many leads were flagged as duplicates across the year, helping you understand the true cost of cross-channel overlap and affiliate inefficiency.
Follow the full quality funnel. A funnel view shows the flow from all leads to valid leads to vehicle sales, giving you a single view of where drop-off happens.
Spot trends over time. A time-series chart shows total leads versus valid leads day by day or week by week, so you can see whether quality is improving or declining as campaigns run.
How it works
Lead Quality Insights draws on the validation and deduplication data that Driftrock adds to every lead automatically. Once Lead Validation is enabled, every lead is checked for email, phone, and address validity, and those results are stored alongside the lead record.
The reporting view surfaces this data in several ways: summary cards showing total leads, leads sent to CRM, rejected leads, validated leads, and duplicate leads; visual donut charts breaking down validation status per field type; and detailed tables showing performance by campaign, source, and Capture. You can filter the entire view by date range to focus on a specific period.
Getting started
Lead Quality Insights is available to all Driftrock accounts. To get the most value from it, Lead Validation should be enabled so that email, phone, and address validation data is populated for your leads.
Navigate to Reporting in your Driftrock account.
Select the Lead Quality Insights report from the available templates.
Set your date range using the date picker to focus on the period you want to review.
Review the summary cards at the top to get an instant read on lead volume, validity, rejections, and duplicates.
Scroll down to the breakdowns to compare performance by campaign, source, and Capture point.
Tips for getting the most out of Lead Quality Insights
Use the source breakdown to identify underperforming channels. If one source has a significantly lower email or phone validity rate than others, that is a signal to either adjust the form or reduce spend on that channel.
Pay attention to the duplicate count over time. A high duplicate rate from a specific publisher or affiliate often indicates a data quality problem on their side, which can be addressed through Acceptance Rules or custom deduplication settings.
